Job Summary: The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role on the Operations team by preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate service orders across all Model 1 locations. This position supports production operations and service operations by ensuring work orders are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

 

  • Create, review, and maintain accurate work and service orders to support production and scheduling needs across all locations.
  • Process service orders through the ticketing system in accordance with established internal service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure service orders reflect standard pricing and include all relevant documentation in work order release to service locations.
  • Provide ongoing support after initial order setup, including revisions, data updates, and clear communication of job-specific requirements outlined in deal submissions.
  • Assist with service order tracking and reporting within internal systems such as Excede, Power BI, and HubSpot.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support compliance, audits, and internal reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely execution of service work.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
  • 2-4 years of experience writing service or work orders.
  • 2-4 years of experience in bus service or production.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with operations tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, automotive, service, logistics, supply chain, or service-based business.
  • Familiarity with project coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related

Pay Range

$18-$22/hr
