Overview

Join our team as a DMV Office Clerk at Model 1, the nation’s largest commercial vehicle dealership. In this critical role, you'll provide administrative support to the DMV department to accurately and efficiently process DMV paperwork necessary to title vehicles for our customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and check in vehicle MSOs and titles daily
  • File MSOs and titles, ensuring documents are properly organized, scanned, and stored in the system. Assist with
    sending MSOs to out-of-state locations when required.
  • Coordinate MSO duplicate requests and corrections when necessary.
  • Run and organize the weekly DMV Hubspot Inbox
  • Write and maintain clear emails and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and DMV procedures related to vehicle titling.
  • Track and follow up on pending MSOs to ensure timely processing and completion.
  • Create temp Tags when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and orally
  • Ability to clearly write and maintain emails and customer service
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Diligent in follow through

Physical Requirements

  • Work will be performed in an office setting.
  • May be required to sit in long intervals and climb stairs
  • Must have good manual dexterity
