Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Automotive Detailer to join our dealership's service and sales team. You will clean, wash, and prep new and pre-owned vehicles to meet our high dealership quality standards before they are delivered to customers. [1]

Responsibilities

• Exterior Washing: Wash, dry, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors using pressure washers, buffers, and specialized cleaning agents.
• Interior Detailing: Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, leather seats, and trunks to remove dirt and stains.
• Surface Protection: Apply preservation chemicals, leather conditioners, and protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Vehicle Inspection: Inspect vehicles for minor flaws or damage and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Lot Duties: Safely move and park inventory vehicles around the dealership lot as needed. [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous automotive detailing or car washing experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended shifts, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
